Full Time PC Laptops Customer Happiness Coordinator
Job Description - The Customer Happiness Coordinator is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, helping to retain customers, and assisting with general processes related to the assisting customers. Customer Happiness Coordinator is responsible for responding to any customer inquiries on the company’s website via Live Chat and directing customers to the correct departments. Looking for reliable, self-motivated, organized individual with a positive attitude and the willingness to help PC Laptops continue to be successful.
Main tasks and responsbilities:
- Contact customers to research their experience in our retail stores
- Complete follow-up paperwork documenting call results and forward any customer complaints to management for resolution
- Answer customer questions and assist customers in applying for financing via Live Chat on company website
- Regularly screen company Facebook page for unhappy customers and complaints; forward any customer complaints to management for resolution
- Assist customers in processing financing applications over the phone and via Live Chat website interface
- Professional demeanor including telephone skills, dress and personal grooming
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
- Computer experience
- Good typing skills
- The ability to communicate professionally in English through oral and written communication
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Prior customer service skills
- Facebook/Social Media knowledge a plus
